So India end their innings at 373/7 in 1st ODI at Guwahati. Great show, just as I would have liked. Indian batters sang today. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill settled things before Virat Kohli provided an opportunity to smash another hundred. Sharma and Gill looked brilliant with the bat as they sent bowlers all over the park. They stitched a 143-run partnership with Sharma scoring 83 while Gill bagged 70. Shreyas Iyer and Rahul also started but couldn’t continue but Kohli stepped up to reach his 45th ODI ton. A big target ahead of SL and even if the rain comes, India look set to defend this one. Back with the chase.
