PCB targets Fox Cricket over ‘baseless personal allegations’ against Babar Azam – Sport

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday took the target Fox Cricket due to baseless personal allegations against skipper Babar Azam.

The cricket board responded to the shared story Fox Cricket On Twitter where Babar was accused of sexting a teammates girlfriend, saying: Our media partners you could have considered ignoring the baseless personal allegations that Babar Azam has deemed unworthy of a response.

The parody account later deleted the original tweet and apologized directly to Babar, the report added.

Azam has not yet commented on the situation. A day ago, she posted a picture of herself saying that it doesn’t take much to be happy.

In November 2020, a woman had leveled serious allegations against the cricketer and also sought registration of a charge of sexual harassment and cheating against him.

The Lahore Sessions Judge had later directed the police to register a case against Babar. However, in 2021, the Lahore High Court had stayed the order of the sessions court.
