LEXINGTON, Ky. The EKU women’s tennis team (4-11, 0-2 ASUN) will compete in a doubleheader at #68 Kentucky (8-7, 2-4 SEC) for their final non-conference matches on Tuesday, March 21 at 11:00 AM. a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Hillary J. Boone Tennis Complex.

COLONELS

  • The Colonels enter the game with a 4-11 record as they look to bounce back from their loss to Jacksonville State.
  • Masha Fedenko leads the maroon and white in singles, leaving a 7-4 mark from the No. 1 spot.
  • Madison Hill and Emmeline Polevoi has two wins in one pair of doubles.
  • EKU owns an all-time 0-6 record against the Wildcats.

SOUTHING #68 KENTUCKY

  • The Wildcats enter the match 8-7, most recently defeating #18 Florida 4-2.
  • Kentucky is led in singles by No. 74 Florencia Urrutia, who won her singles match against No. 47 Carly Briggs of Florida in three sets, 6-3, 0-6, 6-1.
  • Kentucky claimed the singles point against #18 Florida, winning 1st and 3rd.
