ESPN continues the winter sports championship season with exclusive coverage of the men’s NCAA hockey tournament on ESPN platforms. The first round of games begins on Thursday, March 23rd and culminates with the Mens Frozen Four Championship Showcase on April 6th and 8th in Tampa, Fla.
Analyst groups Drew Carter and Paul Caponigri is on duty at the Manchester (NH) Regional at the same time Roxy Bernstein and Ben Clymer will take matches at the Fargo (ND) Regional. ESPN is calling the Bridgeport (Conn.) Regional John Buccigross and Colby Cohen with the crew Clay Matvick and Sean Ritchlin in Allentown, Pa.
The road to the men’s Frozen Four begins Thursday, March 23 with first-round games at Manchester Regional and Fargo Regional and continues Friday, March 24 at Bridgeport and Allentown. The regional finals will be played on Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26. Minnesota enters the tournament as the top seed along with Quinnipiac, Michigan and Denver looking to defend their 2022 title.
The puck drops in the men’s Frozen Four semifinals on Thursday, April 6 at 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. (ESPN2, ESPN+) Barry Melrose joined Buccigross and Cohen in an early semifinal game and title match. The 2022-23 season ends with the championship game on Saturday, April 8 from Amalie Arena (ESPN2, ESPN+).
