New site, new era in Blackhawks hockey, so let’s try something new too.

With this year’s NHL draft having significant implications for this next chapter of the Blackhawks, this pretty good kid named “Connor” is available at No. 1, and apparently it seemed like a good time for the SCH staff members to get up from our basement blog. to the dungeons and meet some of you fine people to see nature together.

Plans will be made official by the middle of next week and this will be a very informal affair. Our main goal is to get a rough idea of ​​how many people are interested in attending so we can call the pre-selected facility to discuss everything. That location hasn’t been chosen yet, but we plan to nail down the location by the middle of next week. A rough guess of where it will be is in the general vicinity of Logan Square/Bucktown/Lincoln Park/Avondale/Roscoe Village.
