Table tennis athletes and non-athletes may differ from stereopsis and eye arm response time (RT), but there has been little discussion about whether stereopsis correlates with response time. The aim was to compare the stereopsis and RT of collegial table tennis players and other athletes and to investigate the correlation between stereopsis and RT. From December 2016 to October 2019, table tennis athletes (of = 80) and non-athletes (of = 56) were recruited. Stereopsis was measured in four states (A25, A50, R25, R50: approach and regression directions at 25 mm / s or 50 mm / s). RT was measured with simple and selectable tasks at zero, shoulder, and random distance. For stereopsis, the estimated deviations were smaller in the approaching stages. Men had a lower A25 than women (s = 0.012), while table tennis athletes had lower R25 and A50 than non-athletes (s = Respectively = 0.03, 0.01). RT increased from simple to selection mode and from zero to random, followed by shoulder distance. Men were significantly faster than women in selection positions (ssr = 0.01 – 0.12). In summary, the stereopsis and RT of table tennis athletes were better than those of non-athletes. Men had better stereopsis and RT than women. There was no correlation between stereophysical and RT.
