Xandre Sky Daniel Hill, who turned 18 this month, and Osyeanna Marie Martinez, 19, each face one murder, a first-degree offense by Magnan Fred Valdamar Ortizin, 41, in death.

Hill had a huge opportunity ahead of him. He recently received a scholarship offer to play football at Wesleyan University in Texas.

There were a number of people involved, but because of their young age, they could not be named. A third man named Easton Jorge Esparsa was arrested today for the death of Fred Ortiz.

According to a police report, the woman went to the house in search of a puppy, but when they got there, they were told that Ortiz had beaten her pregnant girlfriend.

The men began chasing Ortiz, and he did everything he could to get rid of it. The report even says that both the men listed above and others threw pieces of wood, hitting him and his car with a metal bar.

According to police, the entire attack was recorded on surveillance video.

Osyeanna was seen hitting Ortiz with a tree, he then grabbed Ortiz and started hitting him. In the video, Hill, Martinez and a third person search for Ortiz.

In interviews Monday night, police said one of Ortiz’s family members revealed that he had beaten his girlfriend two days before his death, KUTV said.

‘[The family] have been afraid to report it because [Ortiz] is on probation, and his probation officer does nothing to lock him ”, the arrest report says by status.

Hill played football at Hunter High School and collected 504 yards and 4 touches at 42 receptions. Hill recently received an offer from Wesleyan University in Texas. This is a huge blow.
