The Washington football team continued its benevolent gestures to fans on Wednesday by announcing a special “Friday Night Football” event to 20,000 fans under the lights of FedEx Field.
The event will be held on Friday, August 6, and the gates will open at 5:30 p.m. ET.
Tickets are available for free to fans who have the opportunity to sit at the bottom of the stadium and watch the practice as Washington prepares for its first premier game.
Washington website, fans can redeem tickets online at Ticketmaster in the following ways link. In addition, 5,000 club-level tickets are offered to season ticket holders, Suite holders, sponsors and others through a special link.
“It’s exciting to welcome our fans back to FedExField for the first time this season,” said head coach Ron Rivera. “Washington fans are the most passionate about the NFL, and I know our players are feeding energy in practice. We can’t expect to get into the 2021 season when fans encourage us at FedExField.”
Fans will also get a first look at Washington’s new 2021 entertainment team, hype team and drum line. This is the first time each group will perform on FedEx Field.
“We are so excited to welcome fans back to this unique practice under the lights of FedExField,” said Jason Wright, president of the Washington football team. “After the season, unlike anywhere else, it’s really a privilege to share all the new fan initiatives and a refreshed team with so many fans and season ticket members.
