Pokmon Go Fest 2021 Special Research Guide: How to Catch Meloetta

[ad_1]

Pokmon Go Fest 2021 includes a new series of special research activities that will eventually allow players to catch Meloetta, the Normal / Psychic-type mythical Pokémon of the Unova region. Like previous Mythical Pokémon Special Research Missions, it’s a multi-step process, with loads of rewards and Pokémon encounters that will make the to-do list worth it.

Unlike in previous years, however, Meloetta’s special research includes a handful of choices. In certain steps, players will have to decide which Pokémon they want to encounter. This includes choosing either Pikachu Rock Star or Pikachu Pop Star, the Pikachu cosplay that will make its Pokémon Go debut at Go Fest 2021. You’ll make your choices after completing a few steps and reap the rewards in the next step.

Players will also have to choose whether they want to meet Galarian Zigzagoon or Galarian Ponyta and Flygon or Gardevoir in certain passages. Those four Pokémon will be adorned with special hats.
