RVD responds to those who blame Vince McMahon for things he is not responsible for

[ad_1]

RVD is certainly one of the most technically gifted professional wrestlers to ever compete in the world of professional wrestling. The icon has achieved a lot in her career and continues to get a lot of respect no matter what. He also never fails to defend Vince McMahon and it looks like he’s hit back at those who blamed McMahon for things he’s not responsible for.

Mr. Monday Night became a fan of the professional wrestling world in the 80s and realized he wanted to do it his whole life. Indeed, RVD was also instructed, at the start of his career, to say that he was actually related to Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Vince McMahon is the Executive Chairman of WWE and is arguably one of the most controversial names in professional wrestling history. Therefore, it is not surprising that many people resent him.

While speaking on the latest edition of his One Of A Kind podcast with co-host Dominc DeAngelo, RVD opened up about Vince McMahon getting unjustified hate and being blamed for things he wasn’t responsible for.

And every time I watch one of the interviews where he’s challenged or provoked or whatever, I almost always agree with his point of view, you know, and it comes back to that basic thought. Like people there will be like wrestlers who struggled for a cup of coffee, as they say in WWE, spent the rest of their indie careers on drugs and now they want to get out, come back and blame Vince for that.

How does that even make sense? And because if they were working for that coffee cup, Vince, WWE volunteered (I don’t know if they volunteered or were asked to, but either way), they took responsibility for putting wrestlers into rehab and paying if they spent any time in WWE. So you have to imagine that a lot of guys spent most of their careers outside of WWE and were probably worse off in their destructive ways outside of WWE anyway. Whatever I watch interviews and me and I see everyone trying to stick it all on Vince when personally I don’t think he should be held responsible, uh, he seems smart to me when he, when he says that, You know?

RVD is clearly in great shape and is ready to return to the ring when he feels like it. RVD also had an interesting response to having one last pro wrestling run. Well, we have to wait and see when RVD finally returns to the squared circle.

What is your opinion on what RVD said? Do you think Vince McMahon is getting unwarranted hate? Let us know in the comments!
