AEW’s Dustin Rhodes responds to criticism of Bullrope Match

[ad_1]

AEW star Dustin Rhodes recently asked fans on Twitter to share their thoughts on his Bullrope match against Nick Comoroto, which took place on June 4 in the episode Dynamite.

The fight received tons of backlash for several reasons. Aside from the disappointing main event match, fans were frustrated with the conclusive finish that saw Dustin Rhodes bury a monster like Nick Comoroto.

A fan responded to Dustin Rhodes’s tweet saying that the preparation for the match could have been better and Nick Comoroto should have taken the win:

“The build could have been a lot better and I think Nick could use some big wins over Dynamite,” one fan replied.

The tweet didn’t seem to suit The Natural well, who quickly responded by saying it was a win for Nick as he got a chance to improve by competing in the ring against a legend like Rhodes:

“He won. He was in a game with me. Everyone who makes me work gets better,” said Dustin Rhodes.

There is no doubt that Dustin Rhodes made Nick Comoroto look strong throughout the game. But fans are still unable to digest the fact that Nick Comoroto lost to a 52-year-old.

AEW star Dustin Rhodes also made a cheeky dig at Triple H’s comments on WWE’s female EVP wrestling

WWE Executive Vice President Triple H recently said that all of the most talented wrestlers in the world are in WWE. His remarks shocked many wrestlers from different promotions, including AEW.

Dustin Rhodes, who is also a coach at AEW, took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Triple H’s comments on female wrestlers. The Natural said that AEW’s women’s division has significantly improved its level:

“A few days late, let me weigh in. The @AEW women’s division has grown with passion thanks to the team. You are not involved like I taught and coached them to greatness. You just got to money, where I have passion. Passion wins every Sincerely, Dustin #HandsNotTied, “said Dustin Rhodes.

A few days late, let me weigh. The women’s division of @AEW has grown with passion thanks to the team. You are not like I taught them and trained them to greatness. You just have the money, where I have the passion. Passion wins every time. Sincerely, Dustin #HandsNotTied

AEW star Dustin Rhodes has made it clear that, unlike WWE, their hands are not tied. He also mentioned that WWE only has the money, not the passion, which matters most.

It cannot be denied that WWE has a larger women’s division. However, wrestlers from other promotions have proven to be just as talented as those in WWE over the years.
