On April 27th and 28th, the Region 12 Tennis Tournament was hosted in Richfield and Monroe, and the Carbon Dinos were in contention.

The competition was tight in the tournament, and although the Dinos fought hard, they finished seventh. Cameron Jones finished seventh at first singles, while Dresden Miller finished sixth at second singles and Dylan Black earned fifth at third singles.

The scoring continued for the Dinos as the first doubles team of Memphis Howell and Nick Bryner earned sixth place. Fifth place went to the second doubles team of Judson Varner and Hayden Todachinnie.

The Dinos will look to improve their lead in the 3A State Tennis Tournament, which is set for Friday, May 6.
