The Boston Celtics earned what may be their most dominant win of the season on Wednesday when they beat the Phoenix Suns from their own gym. Boston led by as many as 45 points in their 125-98 win over the Suns. The win was his 21st of the season, the most in the NBA (in case you didn’t know). Wednesday’s win also marked the third in his current six-game run. The Celtics still have to travel to the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers.
As the team waited for play to resume after a timeout late in the fourth quarter, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart stole the show.

The two stars got some moves as “Tootsie Roll” by 69 Boyz played through the speakers at Footprint Arena. Smart joined in the dance and made his Celtics teammates laugh when he saw him. The video spread like wildfire on Twitter, with fans enjoying a dance masterclass given by the Boston Celtics’ longest-serving member.
Smart has been known to flaunt the occasional gesture. He stole the show a few years ago at the Celtics’ annual gala. The teammates gather as Marcus performs a lively dance via Barstool’s Dan Greenberg, who shares a video every time Boston wins.

This isn’t the first time Celtics fans have seen this pair go down (I looked up synonyms for dance and this is the only one that makes sense, sue me). Smart and Brown played an “apache” midgame against the Warriors in 2020.

Brown, like Smart, has been known to show off a few moves. She took and shared many videos of herself dancing in the past.
