Today’s earthquake hits Jammu and Kashmir near Katra

The Indian National Center of Seismology reported a 5.4-magnitude earthquake near Katra in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday afternoon.
The agency said the epicenter was 84 km east-northeast of Katra, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The quake occurred at 1:33 pm EST at a depth of 6 kilometers from the surface.
