Tennis Channel continues its international expansion in the UK, India

The international expansion of Tennis Channels continues with the launch of the Tennis Channel subscription streaming service in the UK on Thursday, August 19 and the launch of the Tennis Channel International ad-supported streaming channel in India on Samsung TV Plus on Wednesday, August 25. In May 2020, Tennis Channel launched its live consumer streaming platform, which is also available in Austria, Germany, Greece and Switzerland.

Last year, Tennis Channel International debuted a new 24-hour streaming channel, Tennis Channel Deutschland, the first in Germany dedicated exclusively to tennis. The programming also includes the original Tennis Channel series, documents, features, instructions, highlights and Selected Matches as needed. Tennis Channel International also covers direct competition from the German Tennis Bundesliga, Germany’s number one team. The archived content includes hundreds of hours of programming from several service providers, including the founding partners of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the German Tennis Federation (Deutscher Tennis Bund DTB), and is available on request. Tennis Channel and ITF are also developing an ITF channel for the platform.

Users can also follow all the professional tennis matches in the world through Sportradars MatchCast, a channel with never before seen dynamic graphics and more tennis statistics and data than any other sport.
