RAPID CITY Pierres #1 flight doubles team of Sydney Tedrow and Kara Weiss won their flight in the team competition of the Rapid City Invitational at Sioux Park, which finished Saturday.
Also in Fridays doubles event, #2 flight team Marlee Shorter and Kourtney Walti finished fourth. Jocelyn Corrales and Caitlin Ott were third in the #3 doubles flight.
In singles play on Saturday, Tedrow was fourth in the #1 flight, Weiss was second at #2, Ella Fisk was seventh in the #3 flight, Corrales was third at #4, Walti was fourth in the #5 flight and Ott was fourth in the #6 flight.
As a team, the Governors were third with 176.5 points, trailing only Rapid City Stevens and Brandon Valley.
