Virginia Tech is set to compete against Penn State this weekend

BLACKSBURG Well. The No. 13 Virginia Tech men’s and No. 23 Virginia Tech women’s swimming and diving teams will take on the Penn State Nittany Lions this Saturday at 10 a.m. in a dual meet at the McCoy Navatorium.

After a strong start to the second half of the season, the Hokies moved up in the CSCAA polls released this afternoon. The Hokies’ men moved up six spots from No. 19 to No. 13, and the women returned to the top 25 at No. 23.

The Hokies are coming off a successful matchup against the Cavaliers heading into this weekend’s matchup. The Hokies defeated UVA 162-138. The women fell short, 91-207, but put up a tough fight against the Cavalier women.
